Returns & exchanges
Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the piece arrived faulty.
Customized pieces
Custom text, name and number pieces are printed to order and are final sale. Faulty printing is always replaced — contact us with photos.
Faulty or incorrect items
Reach out within 7 days of delivery via the contact page with your order number and photos. We cover replacement and shipping.
